Job Description

POSITION
MEMBER
SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE STATUS
NON-EXEMPT

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Summary Provide an above-and-beyond member experience. Foster membership engagement using thorough knowledge of credit union products and services. Perform reporting duties timely, accurately while resolving any exceptions found. Principal Accountabilities as MSR to include but not limited to :
  • Accurately process all member transactions and requests such as deposits, opening accounts, issuing debit cards, and completing account ownership changes.
  • Self-manage time to run, review and work all assigned reports and tasks by designated deadlines.
  • Process loan applications by taking the application and reviewing for completeness, obtaining supporting documentation, entering into LOS and answering loan related member questions.
  • Promote, cross-sell and recommend beneficial products and services and loan protection products when applicable.
  • Understand and adhere to all rules and regulations and all matters of compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
  • Maintain clutter-free workspace with a professional appearance.
  • Must be exceptionally well-organized.
  • Be a supportive team player while being able to work independently.
  • Able to successfully manage various deadlines while multi-tasking member service and reporting responsibilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications High school diploma Must have basic reasoning and problem-solving skills Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be flexible and dependable while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be accurate and detail-oriented, have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Schedule 8-hour shift M-F/40 hour week

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
