Role Summary:
The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position, responsible for supporting the team servicing Season Ticket Members and generating revenue for the Rockford IceHogs. This position requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the entire Revenue Generation team via ticket inquiry phone, live chat and email support. Assist Season Ticket Members with various inquiries and requests. Maintain diligent and real-time Salesforce CRM entries. Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to solve problems independently with customized solutions. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM (Salesforce) and the internet.? Experience with ticketing systems (Ticketmaster Archtics) is a plus. Passion for sports and hockey. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule commands.
