Responsibilities The Parkview Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Membership Services Representative to join our team by becoming an ambassador of the YMCA who delivers a high standard of service that is efficient, effective, and member-focused at all times to our diverse community.

Build effective, authentic relationships with members.
Serve:
Maintain member satisfaction and communication needs in a personal yet professional manner and respond to emergency situations in the branch as needed.
Lead:
Keep membership records accurate, up-to-date, secure, and confidential while working towards consistent growth in new memberships and member retention levels. Requirements Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, as well as At least 16 years old. If 18 or older, the individual must have at least a high school diploma, GED, or the equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills. Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress well. Attentive to detail, organized, and proficient in other clerical and computer skills. Experience in customer service and administrative/clerical work is preferred. Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
