Operations Representative

What this role looks like: To support the lending and member service operations of Envista through various record, report, and control functions. Performs basic clerical support tasks of minimal complexity in accordance with standard procedures and under moderate supervision. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be dependable, and detail-oriented. They will also share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed. What you'll do: Perform administrative tasks which may include but are not limited to: posting mail payments, processing lien releases, inter-office mail, and asset verifications. Review various reports and follows appropriate procedures assigned to each report. Assist the Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer with various clerical and support tasks. Support member solutions with various clerical and support tasks. Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to notify, resolve, and/or finalize short payoffs and other misc. items. Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
