What You'll Do:

Contact members, primarily by phone, whose loan accounts are delinquent and secure acceptable arrangements to bring obligations current. Maintain accurate records of contacts and arrangements made. Gather and prepare necessary documentation for further collection activity. Communicate with a diverse member base.

What We Need:

High school diploma or GED. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team. Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Communication skills, whether it's with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members. Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
