® is a trade association representing over 4,000 real estate professionals across Kentucky. We are currently seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current members and potential new members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to incoming visitors and callers. Develop a working knowledge of the various types of memberships offered by the association and the benefits of membership. Come to understand and be able to explain the basic functions of the MLS and lockbox systems. Ability to accurately and timely route phone calls and visitors to the appropriate team member. Become familiar with REALTOR ® benefits and ancillary services provided by Bluegrass

REALTORS

®, as well as the Kentucky

REALTORS

®, and the National Association of

REALTORS

®. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service environment managing inquires in person and via telephone or email. Ability to provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn new things and function in a team environment. Proficient in adapting to new technologies Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
