Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and identify their needs to promote membership opportunities effectively Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain membership benefits clearly and enthusiastically Upsell additional services or products to maximize member satisfaction and organizational growth Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the area is inviting and well-stocked Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Use strong phone etiquette to follow up with prospects, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments or demos Requirements Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar environment, with a focus on customer interaction Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Experience with product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales outcomes Knowledge of cashiering procedures, including cash handling and POS systems Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create welcoming interactions Basic understanding of retail sales processes and customer engagement strategies Join us as a Membership Sales Specialist where your energy fuels growth!
