As a team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving memberships, supporting operations, and building lasting relationships. What You'll Do Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience Process transactions, manage POS systems, and answer member inquiries Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations Assist with scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking Maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including food and beverage areas Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement Support daily operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment CompensationPerks Competitive hourly base pay + unlimited commission potential (memberships, retail, events) Free Picklr membership upon achieving performance milestones Employee discounts on top pickleball brands, gear, and apparel Clear pathways for advancement into leadership, sales, and management roles Hands-on experience in sales, hospitality, and business operations We're looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and confident in customer-facing environments.
