Member Experience Associate Wimbledon TennisPickleball Club (Powered by Momentum Enterprises) Norwood, MA. Wimbledon TennisPickleball Club (powered by Momentum Enterprises) is looking for a Member Experience Associate to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience. This is an evening, part-time position (with the potential to grow into full-time) for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a passion for customer service-someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making every member feel welcomed, valued, and part of a thriving community.

Schedule:

Approximately 27-30 hours per week

Evenings:

Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays What You'll Do:

Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Manage check-ins for court play, clinics, and lessons Assist with reservations, scheduling, and program registrations Answer phones and respond to member inquiries Process payments and support membership services Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided) Professional appearance and demeanor Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Interest in tennis or pickleball is a plus CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
