General responsibilities include: Overall management of customer relationship from the initial membership tour, through joining, through program placement at a large, multi-purpose health club. Must be able to work some nights and weekends. Rate is hourly ($20) base plus commission on sales. Commissions should average at least $5,000-$10,000 annually (paid monthly based on new sales). Clerical work related to the membership process requiring attention to detail. Contacting and following up with new member prospects. Assisting members with integration into programs and working with department managers to provide an engaging membership experience for all members. Off site event participation at local area events to promote the club as needed. This is not a seasonal position - applicants should be able to work day shifts of 4-7 hours year round and weekends as needed (10-5).
