Job Description
At Zion Well, we believe yoga is about more than movement—it's about belonging. We're looking for a warm, outgoing, and organized Membership Navigator who loves connecting with people and helping them discover what's next in their wellness journey. This is a relationship-based sales role. Rather than high-pressure selling, you'll build genuine connections with our members, helping them find the classes, memberships, workshops, retreats, private sessions, and teacher training opportunities that best support their goals. With this job comes community. You will receive a complimentary yoga membership to both of our locations. Responsibilities Welcome new students and provide studio tours. Guide prospective and current members toward the memberships and offerings that best fit their needs. Encourage drop-in students to become members. Help members renew, upgrade, or purchase additional class packages. Make follow-up calls to new members to check in on their first month and answer questions. Build authentic relationships by learning members' names and understanding their goals. Share information about workshops, retreats, private sessions, and Yoga Teacher Training. Capture high-quality photos and short videos of classes, teachers, events, and community moments using the studio iPhone. Assist with light studio cleaning and organization to maintain a welcoming environment. Maintain accurate member information and notes within our membership software. Meet monthly sales and membership growth goals. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves talking with people and creating meaningful relationships. Has exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming personality. Is confident recommending products, memberships, and experiences without being pushy. Is comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Has a good eye for photography and can capture engaging content using an iPhone. Is dependable, organized, and proactive. Enjoys working independently while also collaborating with a team. Values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming experience for people of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, abilities, and experience levels. Remembers names, notices details, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel seen and supported. Passionate about wellness, takes care of themselves and has a movement practice.
