Our brand is growing—and we're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Member Services Representatives to join our team. Position Overview As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first and last point of contact for members and guests. Your role is to deliver outstanding service, support membership operations, and help uphold the Powerhouse Gym brand standard. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, detail-driven, and passionate about fitness. Key Responsibilities- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude
- Assist with membership updates (billing/usage/account changes), freezes and cancellations
- Accurately process check-ins, payments, guest passes, and POS transactions
- Provide clear information on classes, amenities, training programs, and promotions
- Build rapport with members to increase retention and satisfaction
- Address member concerns or escalate issues to management as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Support gym operations, including light cleaning and equipment checks, towel service
- Contribute to a culture that reflects Powerhouse Gym's core values: community, strength, and service excellence Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling membership conversations and sales opportunities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Basic computer and point-of-sale experience
