Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. ARE YOU THE MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To thrive as a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving skills will enable you to address member inquiries with confidence and empathy.
