Member Service Representative - Part-Time Anytime Fitness Farmington | Farmington, MI About the Position Anytime Fitness Farmington is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Part-Time Member Service Representative to join our team! This is a sales-focused position for someone who genuinely enjoys fitness, connecting with people, and helping others reach their goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fitness and wellness and is confident, personable, and comfortable asking for the sale. You'll be one of the first faces prospective members meet and will play an important role in creating an exceptional member experience while helping grow the club. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with a positive, energetic attitude Build relationships with members and create a welcoming club environment Respond to leads and conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails Schedule and conduct membership appointments and club tours Sell memberships and confidently communicate the value of Anytime Fitness Identify opportunities to sell personal training and other club services Learn members' fitness goals and recommend appropriate programs and services Follow up with prospective members and convert leads into new memberships Maintain accurate records of prospects, appointments, and sales activity Help with general club operations and maintain a clean, organized facility Assist members with questions about equipment, workouts, programs, and club services Participate in club promotions, sales campaigns, and member events What We're Looking For The right person will have: Strong knowledge of fitness, exercise, and general wellness Excellent sales and communication skills A confident, outgoing personality The ability to build relationships quickly and genuinely A positive, energetic, and motivating attitude Strong follow-up and organizational skills The ability to work independently and take initiative A professional appearance and attitude Comfort making phone calls and speaking with prospective members A genuine passion for helping people become healthier and stronger Previous sales, fitness, personal training, or gym experience is strongly preferred Compensation Hourly Pay + Commission This position offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission based on membership and/or service sales , giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your performance.
