Mid-July About the Role We are seeking a Fundraising Support Specialist to support a national fundraising event by connecting with participants and helping them succeed in their campaigns. This is a mission-driven, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys making an impact through meaningful conversations. What You'll Do Conduct outbound calls to event participants to: Thank them for their involvement Provide general support and answer questions Address concerns and collect feedback Serve as a fundraising ambassador by encouraging participants and helping them reach their goals Process donations and accurately enter data into systems Navigate multiple tools and databases efficiently Support a high volume of daily interactions (100+ participants/day) Deliver excellent service while handling a range of participant needs What You Bring 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, empathetic approach and strong phone presence Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in high-stress situations Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook) High school diploma or GED Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM (30 hours/week)
