With facilities located in both Chanhassen and Eagan Minnesota, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional shooting experience for both members and guests. Our facilities are designed with a comfortable rustic feel. Our expert staff are well versed in firearms, firearm accessories and training methods and strategies. Above all, we enforce strict safety policies and guidelines which ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and our staff. Role of the Club Services Representative As an entry-level, customer-facing position, the Club Services Representative provides assistance and support to our members and guests; creating exceptional experience in a safe, welcoming environment. The Club Services Representative works within a Team - assisting with sales floor operations, customer inquiries, facilities maintenance and other service duties. Reporting, Team Structure and Schedule Reports to: Team Leads, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager Works alongside: Team Lead Team members (Other Club Services Representatives)
Range Safety Officer Training Academy Instructors Management Schedule:
Shifts may include: Mornings and/or evenings (Monday Friday) Mornings and/or evenings (Weekends)
Duties and Responsibilities Guest Interaction:
Greet members and guests at the range counter; assist with selecting and renting firearms tailored to their firearm preference, proper fit and experience level. Assist with checkin process; including purchase of ammunition, targets, eye and ear protection. Assign lane and review entry process (use of "soundlock" pass through area). Review all range rules and procedures. Provide basic safety guidelines. Supply information regarding club amenities benefits. Opening Procedures (Day Shift): Arrive early to stock inventory (may require heavy lifting), display firearms, prepare the coffee station, verify range lane functionality and supplies, and conduct initial cleaning and maintenance checks. Closing Procedures (Evening Shift): Perform endofday cleaning, including trash removal, vacuuming/mopping floors, bathroom sanitization and range deepcleaning with PPE to minimize lead exposure; complete weekly/quarterly HEPA filter replacements as scheduled.
Sales and Service Support:
Engage guests proactively to promote membership (provide club tours to prospective members), classes and events; handle transactions, reservations, and inquiries using club Point of Sale (POS) systems; maintain a clean, organized facility throughout the shift.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce all safety protocols; participate in ongoing training on firearms handling, lead safety, and emergency procedures; report any issues to management immediately.
Ongoing Training:
All employees are required to attend Stock & Barrel Training Academy classes (as time permits). Taking classes for the first time is free and employees are paid to attend a class at his or her regular hourly rate. Expected Personality and Skills Highenergy and friendly, with strong interpersonal skills developing oneonone relationships with both members and guests. Eager learner teachable and adaptable, willing to absorb training and instruction on club operations, firearms and safety. Teamoriented, reliable and positive; thriving in a collaborative, fastpaced setting while prioritizing guest satisfaction. Serviceminded with a focus on assisting and supporting customers in a manner that promotes a clublike atmosphere. Physical Demands Lifting up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing, walking, and physical activity during shifts Ability to perform cleaning tasks, including using PPE for range and HVAC maintenance No restrictions that would impede safe execution of duties in a firearms environment Technical and Qualification Requirements Sales acumen to identify opportunities for memberships and classes (commissionbased). Basic proficiency with computers for checkins, sales processing, and reservations via Point of Sale (POS) System. Basic Firearm knowledge preferred but not required; comprehensive onthejob training provided. Minimum age 18; must pass background check and comply with all federal/state firearms regulations. Commitment to ongoing safety certifications and club policies.
