This role is built around face-to-face fundraising and sales. You'll be out in the community representing a nonprofit's mission, having real conversations, and helping raise support for causes that matter. It's hands-on work, and it's also where the growth happens — the people who do well here don't stay entry-level for long. What you'll be doing Talking with community members face-to-face on behalf of our nonprofit partner Working toward your own fundraising goals Learning the fundamentals of sales, communication, and marketing on the job Building toward a leadership role, where you'll coach and support your own team Why people stick around Uncapped earnings — most reps earn $40,000+ in their first year Paid training in week one at $15/hour A clear path to move up: Representative, then Senior Representative, then Team Leader, then Assistant Manager and Manager A supportive, team-first culture with weekly Friday meetings Additional training in digital marketing, audience research, public speaking, and branding as you advance What we're looking for No experience required — we train you from day one Comfortable talking with new people Motivated and coachable Interested in eventually growing into a leadership role Comfortable starting in a commission-based position while building toward that growth Good to know: this role starts as commission-based, face-to-face work.
