Description:

Membership Services staff are needed to work various shifts Monday through Sunday. They need to make sure every member is greeted, and all their needs are met. Answer member concerns with professionalism and respect. Any issues that cannot be resolved in the moment, need to be effectively & accurately communicated to supervisory staff. Clerical tasks may be assigned such as data entry and filing paperwork. Incorporate YMCA values of "Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility" into all aspects of the position.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work Morning and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday. Have a willingness to learn a complex computer system vital in membership service. Customer service experience required. Maintain a professional image. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge and experience with cash handling required. Appropriate phone etiquette skills.
