Overview Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in a family-friendly environment? Xtreme Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is a blend of customer service, sales, and reception duties, essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and their families. Candidates must be able to handle busy class transitions, standing on feet for several hours at a time, managing noise, and occasionally redirecting children. Anticipated start date of this position is September 14. Work Environment Working the front desk during open gym or busy class transitions often requires standing, managing noise, and occasionally redirecting children. Responsibilities Answering phones, emails, and texts promptly and professionally Checking members in and ensuring a smooth flow during busy class transitions Processing payments and enrollments accurately Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and former members Engaging families in our programs, ensuring they feel valued and supported Addressing and resolving challenges with a proactive approach Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall member experience Promoting additional programs and services to enhance member experience and drive sales growth Must be able to stand on feet for several hours at a time Skills Proactive and warm with excellent organizational skills Genuinely cares about providing a great experience for every family Responsible, professional, and consistently reliable Passion-driven and a supportive team player Able to follow proven success systems Fun to be around and adds to a positive environment Sales-oriented with the ability to identify and promote additional programs and services to enhance member experience and drive revenue growth Bonus Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, or member services Management experience, as the role involves overseeing staff, interacting with customers, and sometimes managing children during busy periods Background in youth programs, sports, education, or family-centered environments is a plus but not required

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires late afternoons/evenings and weekend availability, approximately 8-20 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and increased hours.
