Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM Brightview Credit Union is excited to welcome a dedicated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to our team at the Ridgeland, MS branch. If you're passionate about providing exceptional financial service, assisting members in their financial journey, and being part of a supportive work environment, this role is a perfect fit for you.Responsibilities:
Member Engagement:
Greet members warmly and create a welcoming environment, both in person and over the phone. Act as a primary point of contact for members, providing information on products, services, and account inquiries.Membership Management:
Assist new and existing members with opening accounts, explaining account features, and helping with account maintenance to ensure members have access to the right financial solutions.Debit Card Support:
Address member inquiries related to debit cards, including activation, replacements, and troubleshooting. Guide members through the process of reporting lost or stolen cards and unauthorized transactions.Form Handling:
Process various forms and requests accurately and efficiently, such as address changes, account updates, and beneficiary designations.Account Maintenance:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date member account information, including contact details, beneficiaries, and account ownership changes.Problem Resolution:
Listen attentively to member concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as needed. Strive to exceed member expectations in every interaction.Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide exceptional member service. Support colleagues in achieving branch goals and maintaining a positive and cohesive work environment.Incentive Opportunities:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and member requests. Previous customer service experience, ideally in a financial institution or similar environment. Familiarity with banking software and technology, including online banking platforms. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving skills to address member inquiries and concerns effectively. Basic knowledge of financial products and services.Benefits:
