About The Position:
Member Success Representative (MSR) is a dedicated advocate for member loyalty, committed to enhancing member value through personalized financial solutions and exceptional service. MSRs will engage with members to understand their unique needs, provide expert guidance, and cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect. By delivering unparalleled customer experiences, offering tailored financial advice, and promoting relevant products and services, MSRs will play a pivotal role in driving member satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. What You'll Be Doing Foster strong, trusting relationships with members through personalized interactions. Proactively engage with members to understand their financial needs and goals. Provide tailored financial solutions and recommendations to enhance member value. Deliver unparalleled member service experiences, ensuring every member interaction is positive and memorable. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. Offer comprehensive financial guidance and education to empower members in making informed decisions. Educate members on various banking products, services, and tools to maximize their financial well-being. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on members' needs and preferences. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting appropriate financial solutions and generating referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless referrals and ensure a holistic approach to meeting member needs. Gather and input loan applications for members and non-members. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Initiate the process to obtain Notary Public certification within three months of assuming the role. Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience required High School Diploma or GED required 6+ months of experience in sales, banking or financial institution required Skills & Competencies Problem Solving and Analytical Skills Collaborates Outgoing and friendly Member focused Credit Union product knowledge Effective communication Problem-solving Team collaboration Sales acumen Relationship management Physical Demands While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel. You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Anything above 40 pounds requires a team lift.
