The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Player Club Representative to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members Update and enter member information into the database Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and give-aways Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records Utilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations More about you No experience or diploma required Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Physical requirements Standing for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Shift details Evenings Evenings as needed Weekends Every weekend 8hr shift Weekdays as needed
