by building relationships throughout the local community. Generate new memberships through referrals, community outreach, networking, and local business partnerships. Conduct daily outbound phone calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and reconnect with prospective members. Give club tours and help members find the membership option that best fits their goals. Create a positive, energetic, and professional experience for every guest. Help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Meet individual and team performance goals while contributing to the success of the club.
