Job Description
We are looking for a reliable full time or part time member service/loan rep to efficiently process a variety of transactions including consumer loans. Must be able to identify products and services that would be beneficial to potential and existing members. Our representatives must be proactive, friendly and courteous and should continually seek out opportunities to impress those they serve. Responsibilities Open new membership, savings, and checking accounts Take and process loan applications Receive and make outbound member service calls Conduct routine transactions within established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.) Maintain a balanced cash drawer while adhering to policies and procedures Greet members and facilitate a welcoming and member- focused environment Resolve member issues and provide relevant information Perform other job related duties and projects as assigned
