AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive Membership Records Clerk to join our Membership team in Portland, OR.

Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining membership files through auditing and routine contact information updates. This is done by contacting members and assisting colleagues with renewal reminders, asking for updated contact information and collecting member packets and bills. In this role, you will proactively review member coverage, process inbound member payments, and resolve membership issues.

Essential Functions:

Provide information to members regarding all new and existing products, services, and promotions Assist in resolving membership issues and/or concerns, and answer billing questions. Process member payments, statements, name changes, address changes, coverage level changes. Contact with members, donors and colleagues via outbound calls. Education/Skills/Experience High school education or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred. Must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Must have attention to detail, organization, and have a high level of responsiveness. Computer proficiency required.
