This combined role is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, wellness-focused individual to be the welcoming face of two leading health and fitness centers: Wrightstown Health and Fitness and RPL (Recover | Performance | Longevity) . You will be dedicated to improving health and wellness, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all clients across both synergistic teams. Our Mission Wrightstown Health and Fitness is dedicated to improving health and wellness, striving to create a community determined to excel through education and empowerment in a friendly environment. We offer a wide array of services including personal training, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, and chiropractic care. RPL is at the forefront of the proactive wellness revolution, providing advanced therapies like Whole Body Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and Infrared Sauna to optimize recovery, elevate performance, and enhance longevity. Position Overview As a Front Desk Staff Member & Wellness Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients at both facilities. This role is critical for creating an exceptional customer experience and is perfect for a sales oriented individual passionate about educating clients and guiding them on their wellness journey. What You'll Do Customer Service & Administration Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients with a positive and professional demeanor to create an exceptional first impression. Handle all front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, and performing customer transactions using MindBody software. Answer and make phone calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Resolve customer issues and concerns. Perform administrative tasks such as collection of client payments, faxing, and supply ordering as needed. Sales & Wellness Expertise Drive Membership Sales by selling memberships and service packages. This includes conducting facility tours, educating potential clients on therapy benefits, and confidently closing sales. Promote and sell services, maintaining knowledge of all services offered by both Wrightstown Health and Fitness and RPL modalities. Become a Wellness Expert who can answer client questions and recommend personalized wellness plans based on the science behind the services. Participate in community engagement, local events, and outreach to generate leads and build brand awareness. Operational Support Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure operational excellence. Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment. Perform light cleaning duties of equipment and facilities (e.g., wiping down, vacuuming, mopping). Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
Sales-Oriented:
A natural salesperson, goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales or retail experience (1-2 years highly preferred)
Customer Service:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (retail, fitness, spa, or hospitality is a great fit).
Wellness Passion:
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.
Excellent Communicator:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at the front desk and on the phone; able to build rapport easily.
Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy:
Excellent organizational skills , proficient with computers, and comfortable learning new software (including Email, Microsoft Word, and MindBody scheduling software).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required/Preferred). A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is a plus!

Schedule & Work Details Job Type:
Part-time (10-20 hours for 2-5 shifts). Full-time/Part-time options may be considered for the combined role.
Availability:
Must be available during evenings and weekends . Additional availability during mornings is preferred.
Location:
In person work at Newtown, PA 18940 (Required).
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
Starting at$14.00 per hour.
