Ace Pickleball Club Turnersville is looking for an energetic, motivated Membership Sales Representative to help us grow our membership and pickleball community in South Jersey. This is a 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking, and closing sales. Compensation Hybrid Commission Model Earn an immediate $25 bounty for every new membership you sell, PLUS recurring 10% o 15% commission for 2 additional months new members remain active memberships at the club. The more members you bring in, the more you earn! There is no hourly wage or salary for this position. Compensation is based entirely on sales.

What You'll Do:

Generate new membership leads through networking, referrals, events, social media, and community outreach Connect with corporations, hospitals and universities to sell events and corporate memberships Connect with prospective members and explain Ace membership options Give tours of the facility and introduce prospects to the Ace experience Follow up with leads and convert prospects into members Attend open plays, tournaments, clinics, and other club events to generate leads Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations Create referral partnerships that generate new memberships, sell events and TV ads Represent Ace Pickleball Club professionally throughout the South Jersey community Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, energetic, and personable Comfortable approaching and talking to new people Confident asking for the sale Self-motivated and able to work independently Driven by earning potential Strong at networking and relationship building Persistent with follow-up Comfortable using social media and digital communication Interested in sports, fitness, hospitality, or community-buildingPickleball experience is a plus, but not required.
