What You'll Do:

#healthcare2026 Drive membership growth through community outreach and recruitment. Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations. Lead presentations and recruitment events (virtual & in-person). Support volunteer onboarding and new troop development. Utilize Salesforce and data insights to achieve membership goals.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales, recruiting, community outreach, membership, or volunteer management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Flexible schedule with up to 50% regional travel .
