Job Description

Greeting and assisting members and guests with professionalism and warmth at the front desk.

Handle reservations, in partnership with the Dining Room Manager, for dining and club events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide administrative support to the Club Managers, Club Admin, and Club Operations as needed.

Communicate clearly and effectively with members, guests, and staff, both in person and via phone or email.

Maintain a well-organized, clean, and inviting front desk and lobby area.

Support member communications, including event announcements and club updates, using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Assist with membership inquiries, registration, and general administrative tasks.

Uphold club standards of appearance, professionalism, and confidentiality always.
