The Well Renewal Lounge | Franklin, Tennessee The Well Renewal Lounge is a personalized wellness destination coming soon to Berry Farms in Franklin, Tennessee. We combine therapeutic massage, clinical skincare, brow services, and innovative touchless wellness technologies to help each guest create a renewal routine that fits their needs and lifestyle. We are seeking a warm, confident, and sales-driven Front Desk Membership Sales Associate to help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting membership growth. This person will be one of the first faces guests see and should feel comfortable building relationships, educating guests, recommending services, and confidently asking for the membership sale. Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly and create a calm, welcoming experience Educate guests about our services, touchless technologies, memberships, enhancements, and retail products Recommend memberships and services based on each guest's goals and interests Clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, policies, and enrollment options Meet individual and team membership, retail, and service sales goals Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, text, email, and in person Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Process payments, membership enrollments, gift cards, and retail purchases Follow up with prospective members and guests who have expressed interest Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests Maintain accurate guest profiles, notes, waivers, and account information in Zenoti Support daily opening and closing procedures Keep the front desk, retail area, and guest spaces clean, organized, and stocked Assist with local outreach, special events, promotions, and membership campaigns Work closely with therapists, providers, and leadership to keep the guest experience running smoothly Follow all company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and service standards What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, wellness, beauty, fitness, or customer service preferred Confident and comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale Warm, polished, and professional communication skills Ability to listen to guests and make thoughtful, personalized recommendations Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong follow-through Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail Comfortable using computers, booking software, email, and point-of-sale systems Able to multitask while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence Team-oriented and willing to support the needs of a growing business High school diploma or equivalent required Zenoti experience is a plus but not required Compensation and Incentives Competitive hourly pay $10 commission for each membership sold 10% commission on qualifying service upgrades and add-ons sold 10% commission on qualifying retail sales Employee service and product benefits Training on The Well's services, technologies, memberships, and sales approach Schedule The Well Renewal Lounge will operate Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Candidates must have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
