This position is to be located at our Hillside Branch at7600 Hillside Rd Amarillo, TX 79119 The expected schedule of this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain member service standards Greet and welcome members Cross sell credit union products and services Assist members with account inquiries, loan applications, online services Answer telephones and route calls appropriately Open/close accounts, verify accounts, process stop payments, order cards, answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, VISA cards, ATM cards, IRA's etc.. Provide a positive experience for both members and co-workers Respond to member inquiries and concerns Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, organizing

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Energetic and self-motivated Ability to work well in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and Quality Must be dependable Excellent member service skills Proficient with technology Willing to learn and expand knowledge base to beyond job description Santa Fe FCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
