As a Membership Representative at Citizens FCU, you will be the face of our institution, responsible for providing exceptional service to both current and potential members. Your primary role will involve building relationships with individuals and families in our community, guiding them through the process of becoming valued members of our credit union.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement:

Serve as the first point of contact for individuals interested in joining our credit union. Engage with prospective members to understand their financial needs and introduce them to the benefits of membership.

Membership Onboarding:

Facilitate the membership application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Assist new members in setting up accounts, explaining services, and providing guidance on available products that meet their financial goals.

Customer Service Excellence:

Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service in all interactions with members, whether in person, over the phone, or via digital channels. Address member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive experience.

Compliance and Regulations:

Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing membership enrollment, account opening procedures, and data security protocols to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of member information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and fostering a culture of trust and integrity. Job Type:

$13.00 - $19.00 per hour
