Job Description

Oakfire Club is seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to serve as the face of our member experience. As Member Services Director, you will be the primary point of contact, from welcoming new members and overseeing the onboarding experience to managing member communications, requests, reservations, and day-to-day inquiries. While you will occasionally assist with serving and supporting food and beverage operations during member events, this is first and foremost a hospitality and relationship-driven position. This role requires someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of every detail that contributes to an exceptional member journey. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all member questions, requests, and day-to-day needs Oversee the complete member onboarding experience, ensuring every new member receives a seamless and personalized introduction to Oakfire Build genuine relationships with members and become a trusted, familiar presence within the club Coordinate member reservations, event registrations, and special requests Respond promptly and professionally to member emails, phone calls, and inquiries Anticipate member needs and proactively deliver thoughtful, personalized hospitality Collaborate with all departments to ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently and consistently Maintain accurate member records and assist with membership administration Support club events and member experiences while ensuring exceptional service throughout Occasionally assist with serving food and beverages during member events as needed Uphold Oakfire's hospitality standards, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction Ideal Candidate Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional member experiences Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in every interaction Naturally builds relationships and enjoys getting to know members on a personal level Proactive, self-starting, and driven by a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities frequently evolve Warm, polished, and confident with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable resolving member concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Maintains a professional appearance and consistently upholds Oakfire's hospitality standards Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events Reliable transportation Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in hospitality, private clubs, luxury hotels, member services, concierge, or guest relations Experience onboarding clients or members and managing ongoing relationships Experience coordinating reservations, events, or member communications Familiarity with hospitality software, CRM platforms, or membership management systems Serving and/or bartending experience preferred TABC Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

From $50,000.00 per year
