GENERAL SUMMARY
The Relationship Officer (RO) plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, fostering new membership growth, and deepening relationships with our valued members. They lead and support both outbound and internal branch initiatives aimed at achieving these objectives. Position Duties & Functions New Business Development Proactively schedules and executes member development events and collaborates with Business Development team on incremental opportunities. Cultivates and nurtures new member relationships, presenting products and services as solutions to their financial needs. Pursues leads obtained from activity to achieve both individual and branch sales targets. Member Relationship Management Documents needs assessments with members to effectively recommend products and services that serve their financial needs. Advises members of efficient ways to save, manage debt, build credit, borrow, and utilize convenient virtual banking channels. Exce0ptional Service Delivery Performs branch functions accurately, including new member onboarding, cash or check transactions, inquiries, and account maintenance. Deepens and retains member relationships through established follow up process. Leadership and Other Duties Embraces leadership responsibilities at the branch, including coaching, mentoring, and leading other employees and other branch functions. Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE and
EDUCATION 3
to 5 years' related financial services or sales experience required. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar. Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key. Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm. Excellent customer service skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work involves extensive use of computers, up to eight hours per day. Appropriate vision, dexterity, and other physical abilities are required. May include occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to speak and present on the telephone and/or through digital means of communication, including but not limited to Zoom/Teams/or other video technologies. Must have access to a vehicle, a clean driving record, and the flexibility to travel frequently to execute member development opportunities. May require overnight travel to fulfill new member development opportunities. A high percentage of attendance is an essential function of this position. Pay Range:
$23.29 - $32.03 per hour This position participates in the Branch Channel Incentive Plan. Incentives are paid quarterly and are based on individual sales production, branch team sales performance, and member experience metrics. Quarterly payouts include structured dollar-based awards for achieving sales point thresholds and branch performance goals. Incentive earnings vary based on performance and are discretionary in accordance with plan terms.
