Bilingual Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator About the Role The Camp Transformation Center Round Rock is hiring a friendly, high-energy Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator to greet members, support daily operations, and provide basic coaching and accountability. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping members stay consistent with their fitness goals. Responsibilities Welcome members and create a positive front desk experience Engage in conversation naturally; build rapport with new and existing members Provide basic accountability coaching (attendance check-ins, encouragement, reminders) Regular cold calling and outbound sales calls to engage prospective members and support enrollment goals. Assist with scheduling, member questions, and administrative tasks Manage check-ins and member progress using gym software Support trainers and help maintain a clean, organized environment Qualifications Strong customer service skills Bilingual - English & Spanish Speaker (REQUIRED) Naturally conversational and comfortable engaging with members Organized, reliable, and tech-savvy Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes Coaching mindset- able to guide and encourage members
