Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality care for people with diabetes and prediabetes through a comprehensive membership model . We make care accessible by offering patients a very affordable monthly membership fee instead of relying on insurance. Position Overview We are seeking a Membership Sales Representative to join our San Antonio team. This role is key to growing our patient base and ensuring our community understands the value of our unique membership model. The right candidate will be energetic, people-oriented, and motivated by making a difference in patients' lives while meeting sales goals. This position is 100% focused on sales and membership growth. Responsibilities Engage with potential patients in person, over the phone, and online to explain our membership program. Conduct follow-ups with leads from marketing campaigns, community events, and referrals. Present and promote the benefits of our affordable membership model in a clear and compassionate way. Manage the sales funnel from first contact through closing and onboarding of new members. Track sales activities and report results to the Practice Manager. Support community outreach events to increase awareness of the clinic. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare-related outreach preferred. Background as a Medical Assistant (MA) or in a clinical support role is very helpful but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and motivated to achieve goals. Passionate about healthcare access and helping people improve their quality of life.
