As a Membership Associate, you will play an important role in bringing that mission to life every day. You will be one of the faces of the Y—welcoming members and guests, building relationships, connecting people to programs and opportunities, and creating experiences that keep people engaged with the Y and their community. Your ability to listen, connect, and build trust will directly contribute to membership growth, member retention, and the overall strength of the branch.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in membership sales and customer service. A genuine passion for sales, networking, relationship-building, and community engagement. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including branch and community events. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
