What We Offer:

Guaranteed base pay of $690 per week , plus uncapped commission based on donations raised. Average weekly earnings typically range from $800-$1,000 weekly , depending on individual performance.

Role Looks Like:

This is an in-person community-based fundraising position. Our team works in high-traffic locations such as local businesses, malls, community spaces, and public events, speaking directly with people about the nonprofit organizations we represent. We provide hands-on training, continued professional development, and opportunities for advancement. For individuals interested in growing within the organization, we also offer leadership development and career progression opportunities. You'll learn how to confidently approach and connect with people from all walks of life, communicate the importance of a cause, and turn meaningful conversations into lasting support.

Your Day-to-Day:

Represent leading nonprofit organizations throughout the local community. Connect with potential donors face-to-face to raise awareness, share the impact of nonprofit programs, and inspire meaningful, ongoing support. Work alongside a motivated team to reach individual and collective fundraising goals. Develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing training and coaching.
