Position Overview Our Front Desk Sales Associates are the face of the studio and play a critical role in shaping the member experience. This role goes far beyond checking people in — it's equal parts relationship-building, hospitality, sales, and community engagement. The strongest candidates are friendly, outgoing, naturally curious, and motivated by goals. They enjoy connecting with people, learning about students' wellness goals, and helping guide them toward the right class experience or membership option. Schedule Expectations This is a part-time role averaging approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Schedule:

1 weeknight 4-9pm, 1 weekend morning 8:00-1:30pm Key Responsibilities Sales & Member Experience A successful studio experience begins long before class starts. Front Desk Sales Associates help guide prospective students from initial interest through membership conversion and ongoing retention.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to leads quickly through phone, text, and email communication Building relationships with prospective students and helping them book their first class Conducting studio tours and educating guests on class formats, memberships, and packages Recommending memberships and retail products based on individual goals Following up with new students after class experiences Properly documenting all student interactions in studio systems Meeting or exceeding individual and studio sales goals Studio Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Support daily operational tasks and studio upkeep Assist with check-in flow before and after classes Help ensure studio policies and safety procedures are followed Community Engagement Assist with grassroots marketing and community outreach events Participate in local events, partnerships, and promotional opportunities Help foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio culture What We're Looking For Communication & Hospitality Skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with people in person, on the phone, and via email/text Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for all students Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Sales Mindset & Initiative Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Comfortable making recommendations and asking for the sale Able to balance hospitality with business objectives Strong follow-through and attention to detail Adaptability & Problem Solving Thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Uses sound judgment and critical thinking Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay: $15-$16/hour based on prior sales experience Bonus and commission opportunities based on performance Free unlimited studio membership Retail discounts Discounts on teacher training programs Opportunity for advancement into sales leadership and management roles Physical Requirements This position may require: Standing or sitting for extended periods Occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds) Bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to climb a flight of stairs multiple times per shift Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone Equal Opportunity Employment YogaSix is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
