Job Description

Dumont Tri-County YMCA is hiring part-time Member Services Representatives. Candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday and weekends. Shifts include weekday opening shifts at 5am & weekend shifts. This position will focus on membership customer service including activity enrollment, building tours, receipting membership and program transactions, answering and operating a multi-line telephone system, greeting and responding to the needs of YMCA members and guests while providing outstanding customer service. All employees receive a free membership to the Y.
