$15/hour + Auction Bonuses After 90 DaysFull-Time | Monday-Friday | No Regular Nights or Weekends Natural State Auction Co. is a growing estate auction company in Conway, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team as an Auction Listing Assistant. This is not a typical warehouse or office job. Every auction is different. One week you may be working with antiques, collectibles and jewelry, and the next you could be listing tools, furniture, firearms, vintage items or everyday household goods. If you enjoy learning about interesting items, staying busy and working in an environment where no two days are exactly the same, you may be a great fit. What You'll Do Sort and organize estate and auction merchandise Build logical, attractive auction lots Take clear, accurate photos of items Research items when needed to help identify makers, models, age and other important details Write accurate auction titles and descriptions Enter listings into our auction software Help identify items that may have higher value Assist with organizing and preparing auctions Occasionally help with auction pickup days and off-site estate projects Work as part of a team to keep auctions moving efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable first and foremost. You don't need to be an antiques expert—we can teach the auction side—but you should be curious, willing to learn and comfortable using technology.

The ideal candidate:

Shows up consistently and on time Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable using an iPad, computer and online systems Can work independently without needing constant supervision Works well as part of a team Can stay productive in a fast-paced environment Has a good eye for presentation and photography Is willing to research unfamiliar items instead of guessing Can safely lift and move boxes and typical household merchandise Is professional and dependable Experience with eBay, online selling, antiques, collectibles, estate sales, photography, retail merchandising or online auctions is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Compensation Starting pay: $15/hour Auction bonus opportunities after 90 days Full-time position Primarily Monday through Friday No regular nights or weekends Occasional Saturday auction pickups may be required Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth for the right person About Natural State Auction Co.
