The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately creating product listings, ensuring that all items are properly represented to maximize sales and enhance the customer bidding experience. Responsibilities Create, update, and manage product listings within our bidding software, ensuring accuracy and completeness Assist customers with previews of listed merchandise Organize merchandise according to merchandising standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive bidding experience Requirements Previous experience with product listing a plus, but not required Strong communication skills Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching and light lifting (up to 30lbs) Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting and adapt to changing priorities
