• Tues-Thurs in office) A day in the life of a Regional Associate Merchandiser looks a little like this.

Reporting to the Director of Merchandising, the Regional Associate Merchandiser supports the development and execution of merchandise strategies that elevate the customer experience while driving financial performance. They partner closely with category leadership and cross-functional teams including Planning, In-Season Country teams, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more:

• LRP / Pre-season
• Supports and executes marketplace strategies aligned with broader business goals under leadership guidance
• Seasonal Strategy, Line Architecture & Pricing
• Partners with leadership to develop regional assortments and pricing strategies within global guidelines; balances mono-brand and multi-brand environments to align with market and brand objectives
• In-Season Management
• Provides input on marketplace execution, manages assortment capacity, and partners with Planning to deliver financial targets; supports final promo and markdown decisions within established frameworks
• Always-On Analysis
• Monitors consumer trends and demand signals, using insights to influence assortment and planning decisions; supports ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Regional Relevance
• Identifies and drives region-specific opportunities including assortment segmentation, customer-specific initiatives, and alignment with global teams What you need to succeed We're most interested in your hands-on experience and ability to deliver results.

If you bring at least 1 year of relevant experience and a strong foundation in merchandising or retail, you're off to a great start.
