Job Description:
Responsible for providing superior in-depth Dacor product and program training to Regional Key Account within the assigned territory Delivering world-class training, with pride and passion, in showrooms, in-store or in trade events, and providing retail sales associates with the knowledge and motivation to sell our products Complete monthly Product Knowledge (PK) training prior to store opening at all account locations Support events hosted at the Dacor showrooms and other industry events that may require overnight and out of market travel up to 30% of the time Engage with customers while in stores and provide a polished concierge level in-store experience for our retail partner's customers who are considering a Dacor purchase Cultivate one-on-one relationship with top performing Retail Sales Associates Provide training and knowledge to Retail Sales Associates related to Dacor brand, products, and promotion programs that help them close sales Act as a key resource for all Dacor product categories Answer on-call inquiries; Retail Sales Associates have email and phone access to Regional Trainers to obtain timely information needed to close sales Provide support to the Dacor sales team and other internal parties as required Maintain and update marketing and training materials for assigned product areas Collect competitive insights and reports on activities completed in the retailer All other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
Performance Measurements:
Completion of all required daily trainings activities, surveys, reports and data collection as required Completion of all required merchandising or product placement withing the location Manage expenses, travel and social spending budgets to ensure cost stay withing program guidelines Meet or exceed all established KPIs for your assigned location Ensure all project deliverables are completed as specified in each timeframe Proactively identify and implement enhancements for training efficiency and productivity Clearly and concisely communicate all challenges and solutions Actively pursue opportunities to enhance training and design skills, staying abreast of industry trends, and embrace new technologies
Qualifications:
