Contract type Full-Time Location City Of Industry, CA Specialty Retail Salary $80,000/year - $85,000/year Remote No Reference 514030 Contact name Lexy Hartwell Job description Seeking a creative, detail-oriented Corporate Visual Merchandiser to support a corporate retail team. This role will shape how products and brand stories come to life across stores through compelling displays, floor sets, and visual standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for design along with the ability to turn broad concepts into practical, store-ready execution. You will work with partners across merchandising, buying, design, planning, and operations to create visual experiences that support product launches, customer engagement, and business performance.

Schedule:
Full-time Onsite, 5 days a week in office. Responsibilities Develop visual concepts for seasonal assortments, product launches, and company initiatives.
Create and execute floor sets, displays, and in-store presentations that reflect the brand and product story.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to connect visual direction with merchandising plans and sales priorities.
Adapt visual strategies across a range of store sizes and formats while maintaining a consistent experience.
Gather feedback from stores and use it to improve visual tools, presentations, and execution.
Produce clear visual merchandising guides and communications for store teams.
Support visual execution for sales meetings, internal events, and other major business initiatives.
Stay current on retail trends, store environments, fixtures, and visual merchandising best practices.
Review results from visual initiatives with planning and merchandising partners to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications 2-5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in visual merchandising.
Experience developing and executing visual merchandising plans, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.
A portfolio demonstrating visual concepts, display work, and in-store execution.
Strong creative judgment, spatial awareness, and an understanding of visual hierarchy.
Ability to balance creative direction with operational requirements and timelines.
Strong organization and project-management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and presentation software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. What You Will Bring
