You will be instrumental in bridging strategic vision with operational execution, playing a key role in the continued success and evolution of our client's offerings. As a core member of the merchandising team, you will report to the Director of Merchandising and support the development and execution of merchandise strategies that captivate customers while consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets. You will collaborate closely with the category lead, working hand-in-hand with various cross-functional teams, including Planning, In-Season teams, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Marketing, and Retail Operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and market relevance. Your contributions will directly influence product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities, making a significant difference in market performance and consumer engagement.- Here's what you'll be doing:
- Support and execute marketplace strategy under leadership guidance during long-range planning and pre-season phases.
- Partner with leadership to develop and manage regional line architecture and assortment strategies within your assigned category and marketplace.
- Set in-region pricing in accordance with global guidelines and balance brand environments to align with market objectives.
- Provide crucial input on marketplace execution and manage capacity during the in-season period.
- Collaborate with regional planning teams to achieve financial targets and make final in-region promotional and markdown decisions within global guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and analyze consumer demand trends, utilizing insights to inform planning and assortment decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to support seasonal product decision-making.
- Identify and drive regional relevance initiatives, including assortment definition, segmentation, and customer-specific programs, aligning regional needs with global functions.
- What you'll bring to the team:

Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated drive for results with strong financial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at presenting information and storytelling.
- Ability to present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- High degree of self-awareness, coupled with a desire for constant self-improvement and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent sense of style and color trends, with an athletically minded perspective.
