Job Summary DIME is looking for an experienced, organized, and high-energy Merchandise Lead to join our team at HQ. If you have a proven track record in inventory management, a sharp eye for detail, and know how to keep warehouse operations running seamlessly, you'll thrive here. This role leads our merchandise operations, focusing heavily on robust inventory systems, warehouse organization, and team support. You'll oversee inventory tracking across channels, manage fulfillment, and ensure out nationwide operations are equipped and supplied. What you'll do: Lead and oversee inventory management for DimeMerch.com and internal systems, managing stock distributed to nationwide employees, retail partners, and regional facilities Maintain inventory control, conduct cycle counts, perform audits, and reconcile stock discrepancies Direct warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and merchandise presentation room setups to keep space clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, freight logistics, vendor deliveries, and stock allocation Coordinate back-of-house/office admin projects, and operational workflows You're a fit if you: Have strong, hands-on experience in inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment systems Are a self-starter with proven leadership skills who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments Possess a background spanning warehouse/back-of-house operations, administrative support, and retail/customer service Communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and drive cross-functional alignment across teams Have 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse supervision, logistics, or operations lead roles Bonus points if you've worked in cannabis, marketing, or a startup-style office.
