Role Description The Retail Merchandiser is a part-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles responsible for executing merchandising standards and supporting in-store brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include stocking and organizing products, setting up displays and signage, performing resets according to planograms, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling. The role involves closely monitoring inventory levels, reporting stock or display issues, and collaborating with store staff and supervisors to maintain optimal product placement and presentation. The Retail Merchandiser also engages with customers and retail partners in a professional manner, supports promotional activities, and adheres to company and client guidelines to deliver a consistent, high-quality in-store experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store teams and shoppers. Candidates should possess Retail experience and familiarity with merchandising, product placement, and store operations. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional initiatives and drive product visibility. Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA including occasional early mornings or weekends as needed. Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to follow planograms and written instructions accurately. Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a retail environment. Prior experience as a merchandiser, retail associate, or in a related field is preferred but not required.
