Duties Arrange and maintain attractive product displays that align with brand standards and promotional campaigns Restock shelves efficiently, ensuring all items are properly labeled and faced for maximum visibility Conduct regular housekeeping of retail spaces to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist in inventory management through record keeping, stock counts, and updating product descriptions for online retail platforms Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, providing product information, and enhancing their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions and record sales data Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless store operations and effective communication Qualifications Previous retail store experience or familiarity with retail environments is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product placement and record keeping Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail operations is advantageous Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking Ability to perform retail store housekeeping duties consistently and efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach Join us as a Merchandiser and become an essential part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
