PROJECT-BASED RETAIL MERCHANDISERS

Flexible Work Hands-On Projects Local & Regional Opportunities Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking for flexible work without committing to a traditional full-time schedule? We're growing our field team and looking for Project-Based Retail Merchandisers to support retail merchandising, fixture installation, store resets, and multi-location rollout projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the project, you may: Complete retail resets and merchandising projects Follow planograms (POGs) and detailed project instructions Install, remove, and reposition retail fixtures Install shelves, displays, signage, and other components Merchandise products and create clean, organized displays Support store refreshes and multi-store rollouts Take before-and-after photos and complete project documentation Communicate professionally with store management Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials Keep your work area clean and organized Complete projects accurately and on schedule

PROJECT-BASED COMPENSATION

Compensation varies by project and is determined based on factors such as: Project scope and complexity Number of locations Location and travel requirements Expected project duration Required experience and skills Compensation details will be provided before accepting each project assignment, so you'll know the expectations and compensation upfront.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who: Are 18 years of age or older Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias toward action and results Can work independently while also possessing strong team-building skills Are able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations Are comfortable using a smartphone for project photos and reporting Are able to follow planograms, written instructions, and project requirements Are willing to travel to assigned retail locations Approach every assignment with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment Take pride in quality, accuracy, and completing work on time

EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS

Previous experience in any of the following is helpful: Retail merchandising Store resets Fixture installation Visual merchandising Store remodels Construction or handyman work Product stocking Planogram implementation Multi-store retail rollouts Experience is preferred but not required for every project.

PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

Our projects take place in retail stores across various markets. Depending on the assignment, opportunities may include: Local regional Multi-Store Rollouts

WHAT DOES A PROJECT LOOK LIKE?

A typical assignment may involve: Arrive → Check in with Store Management → Review POG/Instructions → Complete Installation or Merchandising → Photograph Work → Clean Area → Obtain Sign-Off → Submit Documentation Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of retail assignments.
